The Role:
As a Property Manager, you will be involved in the servicing of a high-end, well-managed portfolio of local properties. With plenty of support, this is an exciting opportunity to join a department with a five-star reputation and an award-winning team. You will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
- Handling maintenance and repair requests promptly and efficiently
- Liaising with contractors and tradespeople to ensure properties are well-maintained
- Areers Control
- Attending Tribunal hearings as required
- Handling tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and rental negotiations
The Requirements:
- Previous experience managing your own residential portfolio
- A current Certificate of Registration
- A reliable car and a valid driver’s license
- Great communication both written and verbal
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
