The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a fresh start, better support and a team that genuinely values what you do?

We’re seeking a motivated Property Manager to join a growing team on the Sunshine Coast. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, taking ownership of their portfolio and delivering a high standard of service without feeling like they have to do everything alone.

With dedicated leasing and administrative support, modern systems and approachable leadership, you’ll have the backing you need to manage your portfolio effectively and enjoy your role.

The Role Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conducting routine inspections and providing detailed feedback
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Monitoring rent arrears and managing tenancy renewals
• Completing rent reviews and issuing notices in line with legislation
• Resolving landlord and tenant concerns with a solutions-focused approach
• Providing proactive advice to landlords regarding their investments
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation

About You

• Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
• A sound understanding of Queensland tenancy legislation
• A current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
• A current driver's licence
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise, problem-solve and take ownership
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to embrace new systems
