THE ROLE
- Manage a clean portfolio of approx.
- Routine inspections outsourced
- PCRs outsourced
- Dedicated Leasing & BDM team
- Additional admin + offshore support
- No trust accounting
- Final bond inspections completed in pairs
- Some re-leasing required
- Focus on owners, tenants, maintenance, arrears, renewals & portfolio management
WORK-LIFE BALANCE
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
- NO expectation to work after hours
- Flexibility around school drop-offs, pick-ups & family commitments
- Potential for 1 day WFH after probation

ABOUT YOU
- Ideally 2+ years’ Property Management experience
- Current Real Estate Registration
- Strong knowledge of WA PM legislation
- Confident managing your own portfolio
- Organised, accountable & detail-focused
- Current driver’s licence
