The Opportunity
You'll play an important role in managing residential properties and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
For an experienced Property Manager, this role provides the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio and build on your existing skills. For the right person with less experience, we offer structured onboarding, training and support to help you develop into the role.

Your Role Will Include:
- Managing a residential property portfolio
- Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance efficiently
- Conducting routine inspections and managing lease renewals
- Assisting with day-to-day property management requirements
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company standards
- Providing professional and responsive service to clients
About You
We're looking for someone who is professional, organised, motivated and genuinely enjoys working with people.
Ideally, you will have:
- A current Queensland real estate licence (preferred, but not essential)
- Property management experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- A professional, client-focused approach
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
Property management experience is preferred, however we are open to the right person who demonstrates the attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn required to succeed in the role.
