THE ROLE
You'll manage a small growth portfolio located close to the office, allowing you to spend more time building relationships with your owners and tenants rather than being stuck on the road.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing your portfolio with the support of an established team
- Owner and tenant communication
- Maintenance and problem-solving
- Lease and tenancy management
- Delivering a high level of client service
- Working with streamlined, cloud-based systems

- Previous Property Management experience
