THE COMPANY
A growing property business and is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join the team in a newly created position.

With plans to grow its Property Management offering, the business is looking for someone who can manage a quality portfolio while helping establish strong systems and processes for the future.

THE ROLE

• End-to-end Property Management
• Managing landlord and tenant relationships
• Onboarding new managements
• Coordinating the transition of new properties
• Establishing and improving PM systems and processes
• Maintenance, leasing, inspections and general portfolio management
• Working closely with senior management
• Ensuring processes remain efficient as the portfolio grows
• Using Property Tree

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Experienced Property Manager / Senior Property Manager
• Strong end-to-end portfolio experience
• Confident working autonomously
• Strong systems and process knowledge
• Property Tree or PropertyMe experience
• Excellent landlord and investor communication
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working within a growing PM environment
• Western Suburbs experience highly regarded
