Role & Duties

• Manage a small portfolio within close proximity to the office
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners,  tenants & contractors
• No leasing, trust or BDM duties & PCRs are outsourced
• Conduct routine inspections
• Respond to tenant inquiries and applications
• Address maintenance requests
• Manage lease agreements, renewals & arrears
• Ensuring legislative requirements are met and portfolio remain compliant

About You

Perfect for an experienced Assistant/Junior Property Manager ready to manage their own portfolio. You'll join a supportive team that prioritises professional growth & skill development, all while contributing to the continued success of a thriving agency.

• Industry experience is a must
• Property Management Registration
• Unrestricted WA drivers licence
• Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Corporate presentation & excellent communication skills
