The Position 

• Managing a portfolio around 125 properties in the South/East suburbs
• Excellent support from a Team Leader and Directors who care.
• The portfolio also has leasing support and a strong team assisting with tenant enquiries.
• VA's assisting with documentations - allowing you to focus on relationship building.

The Criteria  

• Previous experience in property management with your own portfolio, or an excellent Assistant with a great attitude, ready to step up!
• Current PM Registration and driver's license 
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and care factor
• A desire to learn and develop your career
