This Regional Health and Hospital  is a unique cross-border public health service and the largest regional health service between Sydney and Melbourne.  The hospital is  supported by a wide range of subspecialties. Within medicine these include general medicine, respiratory, infectious diseases, cardiology, gastroenterology, nephrology, haematology and oncology. The surgical department includes general surgery, orthopaedics, ENT, maxillofacial and paediatric surgery. Other specialties include paediatrics, psychiatry, ophthalmology and obstetrics/gynaecology/Emergency.

 Trainees are supported with close working relationships with intensive care and anaesthetics for critical presentations.   They provide a  relaxed and information packed 4 hour weekly teaching program.
