Silk Hospitality is a leading provider of housekeeping services to luxury hotels across Australia. We take pride in delivering exceptional service, and we are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Public Area Cleaners, Room Attendants and Housepersons to join our team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Well-presented with a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full working rights in Australia
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding guest service standards.
- Clean all public areas to an excellent standard.
- Sort, fold, count and stack linen.
- Ensure Room Attendant chemicals and supplies are stocked and orderly.
- Attend to guest requests for relevant amenities / items where required.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms or public areas to the highest hotel standards
- Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities
- Ensure all areas are spotless, fresh, and welcoming
- Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas
- Always maintain safety & hygiene standards
