About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to manage a mix of temporary, contract and permanent recruitment across a broad range of clients and industries. You'll work closely with clients to understand their workforce needs, source and engage high-quality candidates, coordinate recruitment activities and drive vacancies through to successful placement. In addition, you'll manage contractor onboarding and support ongoing workforce management activities.

We don't expect our consultants to spend their days cold-selling. Instead, we expect you to build credibility through delivery and great communication. By understanding your clients, responding quickly and consistently providing quality talent, you'll develop trusted relationships that lead to repeat business and lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across temporary, contract and permanent vacancies
  • Source, screen and interview candidates
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines
  • Fulfil client requisitions within agreed service levels and timeframes
  • Coordinate labour hire onboarding, compliance and placement administration
  • Manage candidate, client and placement records accurately within recruitment systems
  • Work towards placement, activity and revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government and corporate clients

About You
You will bring:

  • Agency Recruitment Consulting experience; or
  • Experience in talent acquisition or internal recruitment - 2 years +
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • A process-driven approach with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working to deadlines, service levels and performance targets
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of recruitment metrics and outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive, resilient and team-oriented attitude
