Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Adelaide, South Australia (Hybrid / On-site)

Work Type: Casual with Full-Time hours

Pay Rate: $33-$36 hour + superannuation

The Role: Recruitment Administrator

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to a busy recruitment team
  • Assist with candidate compliance, including checking and maintaining required documentation, records and employment information
  • Support the resourcing process by sourcing, screening and engaging with candidates for current and upcoming opportunities
  • Manage candidate records and ensure information is accurate, complete and up to date
  • Assist with job advertising, candidate registration and onboarding processes
  • Manage emails, data entry, document preparation and general correspondence
  • Coordinate appointments, interviews and other recruitment activities
  • Support the team with ad hoc administration and recruitment tasks as required

What You'll Bring

  • Previous administration, recruitment administration, HR or office support experience
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing documentation and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a busy team
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A genuine interest in developing a career within the recruitment industry
