Refrigeration Mechanics | Darwin, NT
- Install, service, maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration and air-conditioning faults.
- Participate in on-call and overtime requirements when required.
CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking qualified Refrigeration Mechanics to join an expanding team based in Darwin, NT .
You will work across a variety of sites, including schools, defence bases, medical centres, retail sites and commercial properties , providing installation, maintenance, servicing and repair support across refrigeration and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration and air-conditioning faults.
- Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Work across commercial and larger-scale HVAC projects.
- Complete works across Darwin and surrounding remote NT locations.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and compliance.
- Complete relevant documentation and service reports.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a skilled trade team.
- Participate in on-call and overtime requirements when required.
Our Ideal Candidates:
- Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence.
- Current Restricted or Unrestricted Electrical Licence.
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence.
- Current Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- OCHRE / Working with Children Clearance, or ability to obtain.
- Ability to pass a Police Clearance.
- Demonstrated experience working as a Refrigeration Mechanic in commercial or industrial environments.
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

- $55 – $60+ per hour plus penalties , depending on skills and experience.
