About the Role

As an Agency Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to residents within residential aged care facilities. You will be responsible for delivering safe, person-centred care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident outcomes.

Opportunities are available across a variety of aged care homes throughout the Central Coast, offering flexibility, variety and consistent work.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to aged care residents
• Complete clinical assessments and care planning
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor resident health and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support and mentor care staff where required
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare teams

About You

• Recent experience as an Aged Care Registered Nurse
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional, reliable and adaptable approach
• Passion for delivering person-centred aged care

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 12 months recent aged care nursing experience
• Current National Police Check
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Up-to-date vaccinations and immunisation records
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
