About the Role

As an Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care within Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs), supporting the health, wellbeing and quality of life of elderly residents.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver safe, person-centred care while maintaining best-practice clinical and aged care standards.

Skills & Experience To be successful, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• Minimum 6 months recent Aged Care Nursing experience
• Recent experience in Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACF)
• Current National Police Check
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Up-to-date vaccination and serology compliance
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
