We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse -GP Clinic in Ryde to join our friendly and professional team on a full-time basis.
About the RoleYou will work closely with our General Practitioners to deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative medical centre environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Assisting GPs with chronic disease management, health assessments and care plans

Performing clinical procedures including immunisations, wound care, ECGs, spirometry, venepuncture, iron infusions and minor procedures

Infection control, sterilisation and stock management

Patient triage, recalls and follow-ups

Accurate clinical documentation and Medicare-related nursing activities

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Experience working in a General Practice or Medical Centre

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
