The Role: Registered Nurse (Aged Care)
You’ll deliver safe, high-quality, person‑centred clinical care while leading and supporting the care team. This is a role where your clinical judgement, communication skills, and leadership genuinely shape resident outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide holistic, person‑centred nursing care
- Lead and mentor care staff
- Ensure safe + compliant medication management
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, and colleagues
- Uphold clinical governance + continuous improvement
- Maintain professional development + AHPRA standards
About You
You don’t need decades of aged care experience — you need clinical confidence, compassion, and a leadership mindset.
You bring:
- Current AHPRA RN registration (DIV 1)
- NDIS Screening Clearance (mandatory)
- Experience with older adults (advantage)
- Strong clinical leadership + teamwork skills
- Excellent communication
- Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel)
