Reporting Analyst
- Consolidate project reporting information on costs, resourcing, and milestones.
- Identify improvement opportunities in reporting processes and produce consolidated portfolio reporting.
- Provide insights on projects, programs, and portfolios.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Consolidate current project reporting information on costs, resourcing, milestones, project status reporting, risks and issues.
- Identify improvement opportunities in the current reporting processes
- Produce consolidated portfolio reporting
- Provide insights on projects, programs and portfolios
- Key Business SAP PPM/ PS contact
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Significant experience in reporting analytics and insights.
- Proven problem-solving ability in delivering creative and systematic solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in customer focused outcomes
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Technical skills in data analytics/ software (Power BI) and Microsoft Products, particularly MS Excel
- Technical knowledge of SAP, especially SAP PPM and PS
- Project Management exposure
