Omni Recruit is inviting experienced Restaurant Managers and strong Assistant Managers to register their interest in upcoming opportunities with an exciting Sydney restaurant group.

Since 2021, the business has grown into one of Sydney's go-to destinations for wings, cold beers and big nights, with venues across Darling Square, Newtown, Parramatta, Randwick and Penrith.

As the group continues to expand, we're keen to connect with standout hospitality leaders who know how to run a venue, build a great team, create memorable guest experiences and drive commercial results.

What could you be doing?

• Running the venue end to end, including people, guests, sales and compliance

• 👥 Leading, rostering and developing management and front-of-house teams

• 📈 Driving sales, KPIs, labour performance and cost targets

• Owning the guest experience, both in venue and online

• Managing stock, cash handling and venue presentation

• Coordinating bookings, functions and local marketing activity

• Maintaining food safety, WHS, liquor licensing and Fair Work compliance

• Working with head office on systems, business growth and new ideas

What we'd like to see

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a high-volume venue

• Commercial understanding of P&L, labour costs and business KPIs

• A people-first leadership style that builds motivated, loyal teams

• Confidence using POS systems, ordering platforms, email and Excel

• Current NSW RSA and First Aid certificate (RMLV is an advantage)

• Full Australian work rights
