NORWEST PETROLEUM PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our retail supermarket business in Collarenebri, NSW.
The successful applicant will oversee the store's day-to-day operations, supervise staff, maintain stock levels, ensure excellent customer service, and support efficient, profitable business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily retail store operations
- Supervise, train and coordinate retail staff
- Monitor stock levels and organise purchasing and replenishment
- Maintain appropriate product displays and merchandising standards
- Monitor sales performance, pricing and store expenses
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints
- Maintain workplace health, safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist with rostering, staff performance and operational planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant retail requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant retail management or supervisory experience
- Diploma of Business, Management or a related qualification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational and staff management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy retail environment
