At Bevilles, we're passionate about helping Australians celebrate life's most meaningful moments. We're looking for a creative, commercially minded Retail Marketing Specialist to drive the execution of our retail marketing and visual merchandising strategy across our national store network.
Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our stores consistently deliver engaging, on-brand customer experiences that drive sales and strengthen brand visibility. You'll partner with Creative, Retail Operations and Store Leaders to bring campaigns to life in-store, while also building valuable relationships with shopping centre management teams to maximise local marketing opportunities.
This is an exciting hands-on role where you'll combine creativity, retail expertise and commercial thinking to influence customer experience across every Bevilles store.
About the Role
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of visual merchandising and retail marketing standards across all stores nationally
- Develop visual merchandising guidelines, campaign toolkits and in-store marketing resources
- Create and produce retail marketing assets including POS, signage, promotional materials and store guides using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Partner with the Creative Team to translate campaigns into engaging and commercially impactful in-store experiences
- Conduct store visits to assess execution standards, identify opportunities and provide recommendations
- Build and manage relationships with shopping centre management teams to secure organic promotional opportunities, activations and local marketing exposure
- Support store openings, relocations, refits and major retail initiatives
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to store and regional teams on retail marketing and visual merchandising best practice
- Monitor, analyse and report on retail marketing effectiveness, VM compliance and commercial performance
About You
You're a creative and proactive marketing professional who loves seeing ideas come to life in-store. You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, building strong relationships and finding innovative ways to create memorable customer experiences.
You'll ideally have:
- 3-5+ years' experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, brand marketing or a similar role
- Experience working within a multi-site retail environment
- Strong visual merchandising knowledge and retail marketing expertise
- Experience creating marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Strong project management, organisation and prioritisation capability
- A customer-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, Design or a related discipline
