We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and lead our team in maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality and operational performance.

Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Warrawong, NSW 2502
Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum plus superannuation
Main Duties
- Plan and oversee daily store operations, including takeaway and delivery services, to ensure efficient business performance.
- Manage product availability, purchasing, stock levels, inventory control and waste management.
- Monitor sales, budgets, operating expenses and overall store performance against business targets.
- Recruit, roster, train, supervise and evaluate staff to maintain efficient operations and high service standards.
- Manage supplier relationships, stock ordering and timely replenishment of ingredients and other store supplies.
- Implement promotional activities and sales initiatives to improve business performance and customer engagement.
- Oversee store equipment, point-of-sale systems and coordinate the resolution of operational issues.
- Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer complaints and enquiries.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety requirements, franchise standards and company procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or higher qualification.
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in retail store management, retail operations, food retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate staff in a busy retail or food service environment.
- Sound knowledge of stock control, inventory management, customer service and daily store operations.
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high operational and customer service standards.
- Experience in fast-food, takeaway or quick-service restaurant operations will be highly regarded.
