Your new role
We're looking for a friendly, reliable Retail Team Member to join our Rockhampton store. You'll welcome customers, help them find furniture that suits their homes and budgets, and work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Help customers explore our range and choose the right products.
- Answer product enquiries, process sales and assist with orders.
- Contribute to individual and store sales goals.
- Keep the showroom tidy, welcoming and well presented.
- Assist with stock replenishment, customer collections and general store duties.
- Work with your teammates to deliver great customer service.
About you
You enjoy talking with customers, take initiative and are willing to learn. You'll bring:

- A willingness to help across the store.
- Retail, sales or customer service experience would be helpful.
Your weekly roster
Day Start Finish Thursday 10:00 am 2:00 pm Friday 10:00 am 4:00 pm Saturday 10:00 am 4:00 pm
This roster provides 15 paid hours per week, Availability every Saturday is essential.
