We’re working with a leading global insurance provider that is expanding its Workers’ Compensation team in Sydney. This growth has created an exciting opportunity for experienced Return to Work Specialists who are passionate about making a genuine impact on recovery outcomes.

The role:
- Partner with Case Managers to identify barriers and implement effective RTW strategies
- Provide coaching and guidance on psychosocial and injury management challenges
- Work closely with employers, treatment providers, and other stakeholders to achieve durable outcomes
- Contribute insights, support team strategy, and help build best-practice approaches
- Support injured workers with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on early recovery
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Return to Work Specialist, or in injury management/occupational rehab within workers’ compensation
- Strong knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislation and how to apply it in practice
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience or a strong interest in psychological injury cases will be highly regarded
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for helping injured workers achieve successful return-to-work outcomes
