The Opportunity
Are you an ambitious Sales Associate ready to take your career to the next level?
Our client is a highly respected, family-owned real estate agency with an outstanding reputation across Sydney's North West. With over 25 years of success, an experienced leadership team and a strong presence in the local market, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss!
Due to exciting growth within their sales division, they are looking for an energetic, driven and experienced Sales Associate to join their thriving team.

Your Day-to-Day
- Prospecting through warm and cold calls to generate new opportunities
- Assisting with market appraisals and listing presentations
- Managing buyer enquiries and open home follow-ups
- Coordinating photography, marketing and property campaigns
- Preparing agency agreements and launching new listings
- Assisting with open homes and buyer management
- Overseeing pre-sale preparations and post-sale administration
- Building strong relationships with buyers, vendors and prospective clients
- Supporting experienced agents throughout the entire sales process
What We're Looking For
- Previous real estate sales experience is essential
- Certificate of Registration (COR)
- Current driver's licence and reliable car
- Confident, personable and professional communication skills
- A proactive attitude and genuine passion for property
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Someone hungry to learn, grow and achieve results
- Availability to work Saturdays, with a day off during the week
