An established and growing caravan and camper business in Caboolture is looking for an energetic Sales Consultant to join its team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced sales environment, and turning customer enquiries into successful sales.
The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you'll work with customers from their initial enquiry through to purchase, helping them choose a caravan or camper that suits their lifestyle, budget and travel plans.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing showroom, phone and online enquiries
- Building rapport and understanding customers' needs
- Presenting and demonstrating caravans and campers
- Following up leads and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Negotiating and closing sales
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Delivering a professional, positive customer experience from enquiry through to handover
About You
We're looking for someone who is confident, motivated and genuinely enjoys sales.
You'll ideally bring:
- Previous sales experience – automotive, caravan, RV, marine or similar experience would be highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to lead follow-up
- Confidence negotiating and closing deals
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- An interest in caravanning, camping or the outdoor lifestyle
