About the company/role:
- Contract opportunity within a global food and beverage manufacturer within the commercial and sales operations team
• Hands-on role, supporting pricing, costing, and quotation processes

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update daily pricing reports to ensure accuracy
• Maintain and manage internal pricing records
• Verify overseas freight invoices and confirm costs for payment approval
• Update freight rates to support accurate quoting
• Assist with quotation preparation and provide pricing support to Sales Operations
• Respond to pricing enquiries from Sales and Customer Service teams
Skills/experience:
- Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or similar (or relevant experience)
- Few years experience in a data, pricing, finance, or commercial support role (or relevant internship experience) highly desirable
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical capability
- Exposure to BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or macros is advantageous
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
- Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
