Sales & Estimating Coordinator

Job description

Our client is a national provider of civil engineering, fencing and manufacturing solutions. We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Sales & Estimating Coordinator to join their growing team and help generate new projects for the construction pipeline.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships with mining, industrial, utilities and government clients
• Prepare accurate project quotations and estimates
• You will work closely with clients, estimators, project managers and operations teams to deliver high-quality fencing and infrastructure solutions
• Determine project scope, materials and pricing - on and offsite
• Manage customer communications throughout the sales process
• Coordinate project handovers to operations and project teams

Your background and experience will include:

• Previous experience in estimating for the civil, fencing, construction or landscaping space
• Ability to communicate and negotiate on project scope
• Experience working onsite and dealing with project managers, contractors and trades people
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Computer literacy for estimating software
