MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) is looking for ambitious, commercially minded people to join our Sales Graduate Program, with opportunities across Brisbane's inner and northern suburbs.

Our Graduate Program is designed to develop your sales, commercial and leadership skills, giving you the experience and confidence to take your career further.
How the Program Works
Over three years, you'll gain hands-on experience across different businesses, working alongside experienced managers, salespeople and customers.
You'll build your skills across:
- Operations & Warehouse: Learn the products, systems and processes that keep the business running.
- Internal Sales: Work directly with customers, build relationships and develop your sales skills.
- Administration & Commercial: Understand the financial side of running a business.
- Projects & Purchasing: Gain experience in quoting, purchasing and negotiation.
- External Sales: Join experienced salespeople on customer visits and develop your business development skills.
You’ll also complete tailored courses across sales, leadership, negotiation and financial management, plus product training and graduate networking.
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys sales, working with customers and building relationships
- Can strike up a conversation and build rapport with all kinds of people
- Is driven, commercially minded and motivated by achieving results
- Shows initiative, takes responsibility and is keen to learn
- Has ambitions to progress into senior sales or business leadership roles
- Holds a current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
A university degree, particularly in business or marketing, is highly regarded but isn't essential. We're just as interested in people with sales or customer-facing experience who have the drive, initiative and people skills to succeed.
