About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Truck Parts Sales Representative to take ownership of a designated territory across the Goondiwindi region. Based remotely in Goondiwindi and reporting to our Kyogle branch, you will spend most of your time on the road building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and growing sales. If you enjoy meeting new people and have a strong knowledge of truck spare parts, this is an excellent opportunity to drive your own success
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Success: Achieve and exceed sales targets in your designated territory, expanding our presence and market share.
- Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our valued customers, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Identify Opportunities: Stay ahead of market trends, identify growth opportunities, and adapt our strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our Parts and Service teams to share insights, develop solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About you:
- Passionate about building relationships and meeting new people
- Detailed knowledge of spare parts, ideally truck parts
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and innovate solutions
- Automotive sales qualification (desirable)
- Kenworth or DAF parts knowledge (desirable)

- Car, agricultural, machinery and other parts experts looking to move into the industry
- Truck mechanics looking to move into parts
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Previous parts interpreting or sales experience (truck, trailer, agricultural or automotive preferred)
- Experience with Kenworth, DAF, Case IH or New Holland (desirable)
- Knowledge of heavy vehicle or agricultural machinery components
- Experience using electronic parts catalogues or dealership management systems
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem solving skills
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident sales ability and sound negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Intermediate computer skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required
- Current driver’s licence
- Certificate III in Automotive Sales (preferred)
- LF Forklift licence (desirable)
