Sales Representative 

We are seeking a driven and hands-on Sales Representative with a passion for the residential building industry to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales across a well-established territory.

About the Role

In this role, you will manage and grow an existing customer base while actively identifying new business opportunities. Your clients will include small to medium builders as well as large residential building companies.
You will be responsible for promoting and selling a broad range of building and timber products, while maintaining a strong presence within the residential construction market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established sales territory within the residential building sector
• Build strong relationships with builders and key clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Provide product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs
• Maintain a high level of customer service and ongoing account management
• Monitor market activity and identify sales opportunities

Products You’ll Be Selling

• Roof timber and trusses
• Wall framing and flooring systems
• Doors
• Fibre cement and cladding products
• Bricklaying hardware and associated building materials

About You

• Background in trade sales, building supplies, or a qualified tradesperson
• Strong product knowledge in timber and construction materials (highly regarded although not essential)
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales outcomes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven approach
• Solid computer skills
