Job Description

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned to business requirements
• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware)
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support data migration, data integrity, and system enhancements
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to best practices
• Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Salesforce Developer should have:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments and large scale transformations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder), API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Experience working across Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; others advantageous)
• Exposure to data migration and system integration projects
• Strong understanding of secure, regulated environments (experience in healthcare or government highly desirable)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
