School Cleaners (Byron Bay/Mullumbimby Region)

Help ISS in achieving a high standard of cleaning services to Public Schools, TAFES and Government Buildings across New South Wales!
We have locations across Byron Bay and the Byron Bay Hinterland including Mullumbimby, Bangalow, Newrybar and Federal. If you have a school, TAFE, or government building near you - we may have a job for you! Various shifts available - Monday to Friday.
Pick a shift that suits your lifestyle - casual initially with potential to lead to permanent part time and full time roles available.
- Split shifts: 5am-9am and 2pm-7pm
OR - Morning Shift: 5am - 9am
- Afternoon Shift: 2pm - 7pm
Minimum Criteria:
- A clear New South Wales police clearance, within 3 months of issue.
- Already hold or able to pass a NSW Working with Children Check.
- Must have own transport and drivers License to work across multiple locations across Byron Bay and the Byron Bay Hinterland
- Physically fit to perform cleaning duties including climbing steps, carrying of backpacks, and lifting up to 15kg of equipment.
What your day will look like:
- Cleaning of all facilities including; classrooms, offices, bathrooms, kitchens and grounds.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting and wiping surfaces.
- Maintenance of stock supplies and orders.
- Working autonomously with little supervision, with a strong commitment to safe work practices.
