About the Role
As Senior Accountant, you will be a key member of the finance function, working closely with clients and business stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, maintaining compliance and provide valuable financial insights.
- Manage and build strong client relationships, delivering proactive and commercially focused advice
- Prepare financial statements across various entity structures
- Review and analyse management reports to provide meaningful business insights
- Oversee tax compliance including income tax and FBT returns
- Partner with senior leaders on complex advisory matters
- Mentor and support junior team members within a collaborative environment
- Identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes and expand service offerings
- Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the firm
- Driving process improvements and supporting finance transformation initiatives
- Assisting with ad hoc reporting, projects and business support activities
About You
- CA, CPA, or equivalent qualified, with experience between 3-5 years’ experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
