Are you a design-driven Architect ready to take the lead on high-profile residential projects? We're partnering with a highly regarded architecture studio seeking a Senior Architect / Project Lead to help shape and deliver exceptional multi-residential, luxury housing and mixed-use developments.
This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced industry leaders, taking projects from concept through to design resolution while contributing to a collaborative and highly creative studio environment.
The Role
Working alongside Partners and senior leadership, you'll play a key role in developing design concepts, testing ideas, resolving complex design challenges and helping to deliver outstanding architectural outcomes.
You'll be involved in:
- Leading and contributing to design development across a range of projects
- Translating conceptual ideas into well-resolved architectural solutions
- Preparing presentations, design studies and client-facing material
- Collaborating with consultants, project teams and internal stakeholders
- Participating in design reviews and contributing innovative ideas
- Supporting project delivery while maintaining strong design integrity
- Building strong relationships with developer clients and project stakeholders
About You
We're interested in speaking with experienced Architects, Project Leads or exceptionally talented professionals who possess a strong design mindset and a genuine passion for architecture.
Ideally you'll have:
- 7+ years' experience
- Strong design, concept development and design resolution skills
- Experience delivering multi-residential, luxury residential or mixed-use projects
- Exposure to developer-led projects and stakeholder engagement
- The ability to take direction, test ideas and evolve concepts into buildable solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive approach and confidence contributing within a team environment
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality design outcomes
