The Role
- Advise on a broad range of disputes, including complex commercial litigation, regulatory matters, insurance disputes and construction and resources claims.
- Act for a diverse client base including corporates, government agencies, insurers and high net worth individuals across multiple jurisdictions.
- Work closely with Partners and senior practitioners while maintaining direct engagement with clients, counsel, experts and opposing parties.
About You
- You will ideally have 5+ years’ post?admission experience with strong expertise in litigation and civil procedure, particularly within Western Australian courts.
- You bring strong analytical, drafting and organisational skills, with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
- You are a collaborative and motivated lawyer with leadership capability, a positive attitude and an interest in mentoring junior team members.
