About the Role
Ace of Fades Co Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Hairdresser to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful applicant will provide professional hairdressing and barbering services while maintaining high standards of customer service, presentation and workplace hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
• Consult with clients regarding hairstyles, grooming preferences and suitable treatments.
• Cut, trim, shape and style hair using scissors, clippers, razors and other professional tools.
• Perform fades, beard trimming, shaving and other barbering services.
• Perform hair colouring, bleaching, straightening and other hair treatments where required.
• Wash, condition and treat hair and scalp.
• Advise clients on hair care, styling and suitable products.
• Maintain clean and sanitised tools, equipment and work areas.
• Manage appointments and provide professional customer service.
• Monitor salon products and supplies and assist with stock requirements.
• Keep up to date with current hairstyles, grooming techniques and industry trends.
• Comply with workplace health, safety and hygiene requirements.
Skills and Experience
• Relevant qualification in Hairdressing or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated professional experience as a Hairdresser or Barber.
• Strong skills in cutting, styling, fading, beard grooming and shaving.
• Experience using professional hairdressing and barbering tools and products.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
