E-Emphasys Technologies Australia Pty Ltd trading as VitalEdge Technologies and E-Emphasys Technologies provide dealer management software to power smart decisions and growth to equipment dealers.
We are currently looking for Senior Business Consultants to join our team in Perth and it's surrounding areas, Western Australia.
To be considered for these roles, you should hold a relevant degree, have a minimum of five years' work experience, and possess experience using the e-Emphasys ERP system
You will be responsible for working with decision-makers and end users, gathering requirements, and recommend optimal business processes relative to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) functionality using e-Emphasys ERP
Tasks and duties include:
- Understand business processes and devise methods to implement them with the ERP application
- Conduct functional assessment at a client site within the Logistics (Parts/Service/Equipment & Rental)
- Configure and test ERP to perform specific functionality to satisfy business requirements
- Assist with full site implementations and upgrades, which include pilot testing, data validation, development of data transformation rules and governance procedures, and post-implementation support
- Troubleshoot ERP anomalies and process issues
- Maintain documentation relative to ERP implementation/ upgrade
- Interact with business users for training, problem-solving, and automation of business processes and workflows
- Identify and communicate opportunities to improve current processes and procedures
- Assess the impacts of system changes and ensure effective application functionality and integration delivery
These are full time positions working Monday to Friday.
