Role Overview
This role sits within a specialist infrastructure advisory and transaction management practice supporting public and private sector clients across transport, energy, utilities and social infrastructure. The focus is on the commercial and delivery side of infrastructure transactions, from early-stage strategy through to procurement and close.
You will work closely with Directors and Project Leads on live mandates, taking ownership of defined workstreams and supporting junior team members. The role suits an experienced consultant ready to step into greater client exposure and transaction responsibility within a stable advisory pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver transaction management and commercial advisory services on infrastructure projects
Support procurement processes including market engagement, tender evaluation and contract negotiations
Manage workstreams across PPPs, alliancing and traditional delivery models
Prepare and review transaction documentation, reports and client briefings
Coordinate advisors, stakeholders and client-side project teams
Contribute to financial, commercial and risk analysis across infrastructure investments
Mentor and guide analysts and consultants within the advisory team
About You
Experience in infrastructure advisory, transaction advisory or commercial consulting
Demonstrated involvement in infrastructure transactions or major capital projects
Strong understanding of procurement, contracting and delivery models
Confident managing stakeholders and contributing in client-facing environments
Background in infrastructure, engineering, finance, economics or related disciplines
Comfortable operating in complex, multi-advisor project environments
