We’re partnering with a top-tier civil contractor delivering major roads and transport infrastructure across Queensland — think multi-year programs, high-value packages, and all the Tier 1 complexity without the hand-holding.

They’re on the hunt for a Senior CA or Commercial Manager who’s not afraid to call the shots, negotiate hard, and hold people to account — on-site and off.

This role demands someone who:

• Doesn’t shy away from a robust conversation

• Knows their numbers and their contracts inside out

• Can manage risk, cashflow, and claims like a pro

• s respected (and a little feared) by subcontractors

• Thrives in a high-accountability, performance-driven culture

You’ll work closely with project directors, contribute to commercial strategy, and play a pivotal role in keeping delivery tight, efficient, and profitable.
