The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Development, you will step into a pivotal senior position within a dynamic development team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be both a mentor and a doer – guiding and developing junior team members while actively managing your own portfolio of projects from end to end.
You will take ownership across the full development lifecycle, including:
- Actively sourcing and evaluating acquisition opportunities and new sites
- Managing feasibility, due diligence and negotiation through acquisition
- Overseeing design development and stakeholder engagement
- Navigating town planning processes from lodgement to approval
- Delivering projects through construction to practical completion
- Collaborating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders throughout every phase

To be successful in this role you will ideally bring:
- Demonstrated experience managing projects across the full development lifecycle
- Exposure to smaller-scale or staged developments (highly regarded)
- Experience working with retail, commercial or industrial assets, including an understanding of leasehold agreements and tenant management
- The ability to engage and influence a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- A degree in Property, Planning, Construction, or a related discipline
- Exceptional energy, professionalism and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
