Senior Engineering Manager

• Use your experience as a Senior Engineering Manager in commercial property to our Sydney CBD team. 
• Take care two commercial mixed-use buildings in your portfolio.

Who are we looking for

• A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, Capital Works projects.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing (PPM) programs
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, contract management and financial reporting.
• A sound understanding of risk management, statutory compliance and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements.

The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of commercial assets. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day building operations and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) via FRC.
• Lead FM service delivery across a national portfolio, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Provide strategic and technical advice to optimise asset performance and sustainability.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Oversee risk management, WHS compliance, and contractor engagement.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement emergency procedures.
• Procure and manage goods, services, and contractors in line with Knight Frank policies.
