Are you an experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager ready for greater responsibility? I'm inviting expressions of interest from experienced HVAC and Mechanical Services professionals interested in joining a well-established mechanical contractor entering an exciting period of growth.

With an expanding project pipeline and increasing involvement in larger, more complex commercial projects, the business is looking for strong operators who can take ownership, drive results and potentially develop into broader leadership positions.

The Opportunity

• You'll initially take ownership of commercial HVAC and mechanical upgrades and fit-out projects, currently valued up to $5M, with opportunities to deliver larger, more complex projects as the business continues to grow.
• Working across commercial buildings, retail fit-outs and live operational environments, you'll have significant autonomy over project delivery, commercial performance and client relationships.
• This isn't a business looking for someone who needs constant direction. They want an experienced operator who can take control, make decisions and deliver.
• You'll work closely with senior leadership and have the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve operational efficiencies and influence how the business evolves.

Who I'm Looking For

• I'm particularly interested in speaking with experienced HVAC Project Managers, Senior Mechanical Project Managers and Construction Managers from Tier 2 and Tier 3 mechanical contractors, as well as Tier 1 operators who are looking to move away from rigid corporate structures into an environment offering greater autonomy, flexibility and the opportunity to genuinely influence business direction.

Essential experience:

• Proven Project Management experience within a commercial HVAC or mechanical services contractor.
• Experience delivering mechanical upgrades, HVAC fit-outs and commercial projects.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects, budgets and programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness, including variations, cost control and contractual obligations.
• Confidence managing clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
• The ability to take ownership, challenge decisions and deliver projects successfully.
