Senior In-House Solicitor, Workplace Relations – Fixed Term
- Provide strategic workplace relations and industrial relations advice.
- Manage complex investigations and dispute resolution.
- Foster proactive relationships with Unions and represent the department at the Fair Work Commission.

Initial fixed term engagement with a government authority to provide IR/WR capability uplift, end to end representation and dispute resolution.
The Opportunity
Join an established People and Culture function as an Employment and IR law specialist lawyer reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.
This role will be a focus on strategic WR/IR advice, building internal capability and coaching including policy and service enhancement, manage complex investigations and dispute resolution, be the key stakeholder and foster proactive relationships with Unions and their representatives and represent the department at the Fair Work Commission.

About you

6+ PAE in Australian Employment Law

Experience in providing advice on complex employment and industrial relations matters
