DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Senior IT Systems Analyst to support the delivery, optimisation, and ongoing support of supply chain IT solutions. This role is key to ensuring alignment with DHL’s strategic direction and in representing DHL IT to both internal and external stakeholders.

You will work closely with operations, stakeholders, customers, and vendors to deliver high-quality, standardised IT solutions while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across live and newly implemented systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain strong awareness of DHL’s strategic direction, standards, and processes, ensuring IT solutions are continually improving, and support business objectives, and are aligned with country, regional, and global requirements
  • Project delivery & Continuous Improvement, ensuring projects are delivered on time, providing support and ensuring standard and established processes are followed
  • Understand, configure, implement, and test IT solutions across the DHL Supply Chain AU business
  • Analyse requirements documentation and translate into clear objectives and tasks, retaining responsibility for delivery within agreed estimates
  • Proactively document and share new processes and solutions with country and regional IT teams
  • Own and drive IT strategic programs for the Retail sector with ability to communicate with senior stakeholders effectively by providing regular updates on progress.
  • Engage in new business and existing renewal opportunities for Retail sector.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated capability in delivering IT solutions to external customers, including direct engagement with management-level stakeholders
  • Background working in an IT role within a 3PL or Supply Chain environment ideally with a Retail customer base
  • Previous experience with automated warehouse solutions
  • Hands-on involvement in Supply Chain solution configuration and/or operational support
  • Strong track record in systems integration design, configuration, and support across complex supply chain platforms
  • Practical exposure to WMS, Middleware solutions, and industry-standard EDI formats and protocols
  • Solid knowledge of database design principles, SQL query development, and integration using web service–based APIs
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, complex solution landscapes, and diverse stakeholder groups
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or Management, or equivalent practical experience
