About the role:

• You will work on a variety of corporate and commercial law matters, including mergers and acquisitions (public and private), corporate advisory, capital raisings (both on and off market), IPOs, venture capital/private equity, MBOs/ MBIs, shareholders agreements and joint ventures, inbound investment, restructuring, Employee Share Plans, and corporate governance.
• You will advise private and public companies in a wide range of industry sectors, including financial services, food distribution, IT services, digital advertising, freight, retail, technology and education.
• You will take ownership of your matters and clients whilst working closely with two partners with the benefit of meaningful client contact and mentoring junior lawyers.

The ideal candidate:

• 5–10 years’ PQE (Senior Associate) in Corporate/M&A with proven transaction experience.
• Skilled negotiator with exceptional drafting and advisory expertise.
• Collaborative team player who mentors and supports junior lawyers.
• Commercially astute, client-focussed and eager to develop professionally.
