About the role:

• Lead technical expert, project manager, and team coordinator within a top-tier Dispute Resolution Practice
• Advise on all aspects of employment and immigration law, including drafting agreements and managing workplace investigations
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal, and Supreme Court matters
• Support business development through client seminars, marketing events, and contributing to employment and immigration know-how
• Manage junior lawyers, fostering their professional development with partner support

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified lawyer (solicitor or barrister) with 8+ years PQE in employment law in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
• Strong academic background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior team members
• Advocacy experience in employment law matters is highly desirable
• Enthusiastic about developing further as an advocate
