This role suits someone who enjoys running their own matters, values a collaborative culture, and wants flexibility without sacrificing quality work.

The Opportunity You will manage a varied plaintiff personal injury and abuse law caseload, working closely with experienced senior lawyers and a supportive leadership team. Your work will include:

• Running personal injury matters end‑to‑end
• Providing strategic advice and exceptional client care
• Drafting pleadings, submissions and correspondence
• Working with insurers, medical experts and counsel
• Contributing to team knowledge and mentoring junior staff

About You You’ll thrive here if you bring:

• 3–5 years’ post‑admission experience in personal injury law
• Strong file management and litigation capability
• Confidence in negotiation and settlement strategy
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• A proactive, organised and client‑focused approach
