Job Description

About your new employer:
- Our client is a specialist property and estate firm with almost 30 years’ experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, as well as its expertise in wills, estates and commercial leasing.
- The team prides itself on clear communication, practical advice and highly efficient settlements, backed by strong client reviews and repeat work from agents, investors and families across the state.
About the role:
- Work closely with the Director of the firm and run your files with autonomy.
- Work on a split of matter between leasing for landlords, commercial conveyancing and residential contracts.
- Supervise and mentor to junior lawyers within the team.
The ideal candidate:
- Have at least 5+ PQE in commercial property, leasing and commercial sales/purchases.
- Capable of managing their own files and keep things moving with minimal supervision.
- Have a good billing history, ensuring targets are met.
