  • About the Role:

    We are seeking a dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist specialisng in pediatric care to join our client's integrated healthcare team. This role involves providing empathetic and high-quality therapy to children, focusing on creating a positive impact that extends beyond clinical hours. Using a holistic approach, you will support each child and their family by addressing the underlying causes of issues and helping to build resilience and progress in daily life.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct all therapy sessions guided by company core values of compassion and professionalism.
    • Foster a warm, supportive experience for children and their caregivers.
    • Work collaboratively with families to encourage continued therapy progress outside of clinical hours.
    • Participate actively in team meetings and multidisciplinary care approaches.
    • Provide timely, clear communication and maintain accurate documentation for patient care.
    • Keep therapy spaces organized and welcoming.
    • Maintain current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and required indemnity insurance.

    Qualifications:

    • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
    • AHPRA registration and indemnity insurance.
